When the wealthy British businessman Owenstacey returned to the North Pacific Army after a long hiatus, it took us all by surprise. "But Owen," we said, "what about your billions of dollars made in finance? What about the Owen and Melinda Stacey Foundation?" However, he soon abetted our concerns with a tale of woe.

You see, Owen was contacted at an opportune time by a Nigerian prince. The prince informed Owen that he stood to inherit billions of dollars from his father, the dead King of Nigeria, but that the Nigerian government had frozen the funds and was demanding $4,000 to release them. The prince promised Owen that, if he helped pay to unfreeze the funds, the prince would repay him with 4% of his inheritance, representing tens of millions of dollars.

Owen helped the prince, but the obstacles kept piling up. The Nigerian government would demand more money. French customs officials charged usurious overdraft fees. The money was impounded by the government of Singapore. Rapidly, Owen found himself spending a fortune in the promise of that 4% stake which seemed to grow more distant by the day.

At this point, you know the twist. The prince wasn't a prince of Nigeria at all... he was Owenstacey's split personality!

We learned that Owen enlisted to get his money back from his evil split personality. The NPA struck back by defrauding several wires, which immediately folded under the force applied by our powerful NPA soldiers, and gave Owen all his money back. Owen had so much fun, he decided to stay in the NPA even though he got his fortune back.
