New Minister of Foreign Affairs II: Electric Boogaloo

Citizens of The North Pacific,
Following Hulldom's departure from the position yesterday under... undesirable circumstances, the North once again needs a steady and trustworthy hand to lead its foreign policy. To that end, I hereby appoint @Comfed as our new Minister of Foreign Affairs. Having been Minister of Foreign Affairs for two terms (and Minister of Defense for several), I have full confidence in his ability, and look forward to working with him to complete our major FA goals for this term.
