Well now that the maskings are all updated, time to get the term started.
First order of business of course is making our selection for Chief Justice. I would put myself forward to continue serving in that capacity if that’s alright with everyone.
Secondly, I’d like to get your thoughts on our clerk program, and whether we will be continuing it. I’ve seen a marked decline in interest since it started, and the other officials who volunteered to work on the program haven’t contributed. Can’t say I’m terrible surprised, that’s how this usually goes. But if we aren’t going to continue it we should talk about winding it down I think.
Third, I’d like to talk about the judicial decisions archive. I am always interested in exploring ways to improve it and make it more useful to the citizenry, if you have any thoughts on that please share.
Welcome aboard Dali, you’re just in time for our final item, the piece of unfinished business from last term, a R4R for a ban review that has implications for our RMB moderation policy and follows up on our landmark free speech ruling on RMB regulation. We should definitely get going on that once you have a chance to get up to speed.
