Hello all! I am Matzerati, and I am running for Speaker for the remainder of this term. Previously I have served 2 terms as a Deputy Speaker, and am now serving as Acting Speaker until a new Speaker is elected.

When it comes to regular RA business, I want to maintain correct and timely processing of the various tasks. This should always be the top priority.
The number of Deputies I would like to appoint would be around four. I want to make sure potential inexperienced Deputies get familliar with the routine tasks of RA-business (That means Citizenship applications, motion processing, opening and closing votes, etc.) as soon as possible.

Aside from the routine business, I want to work on the following projects:

The Speaker's Guides:
I know, this has been a topic of many other people, but I believe I can make some serious progress towards completing them.

Return of RA digests: I firmly believe the Speaker's office needs a Gameside presence. Therefore I plan to revive the RA digests, since I believe they are a good way in showing the Gameside community what the RA is doing. I plan to start with biweekly issues, and might increase this to weekly issues if I deem it as possible.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I'd love to hear your thoughts on my platform.

1) Do you plan to introduce a fixed timetable with allocated slots for each Deputy to ensure maximum coverage and timely execution of tasks like opening and closing votes, citizenship checks, etc.?

2) One of the ideas that have been frequently raised during recent Speaker elections was annotations to the Legal Code to better educate TNPers about the law. To my knowledge, there has been no (public) progress on this through multiple terms. Will you still pursue this?

You've essentially ran the department for much of the current term and I think that you'd make a good speaker. I do have questions.
1. Why limit yourself to just four deputies? There are currently four deputies and it's pretty clear that the timely processing of applications and removals has gotten a lot worse over the last few months.
2. What value do you believe there is in the Speaker Guides? Are they for deputies or for the public?
3. Why does the Speaker's Office need a gameside presence? Wouldn't the RA Digest be more of something for the government ministry tasked with either integration or communications to do?

Please do this. It's clear the current system pursued by the last few Speakers has utterly failed to ensure tasks get done in a timely manner.

Any new plans you’d like to introduce, or rather just keep the ship afloat?
I currently do not have any new plans to introduce, but I may get some ideas when everything is running smoothly.

1) I have not yet worked with this type of scheduling, but I am open to try it. I will use the system former Speakers St George and Fregerson used, with each Deputy having their own "working days", with me acting as supervisor.

2) I agree that some of the sections in the Legal Code are somewhat difficult to understand, and that some further explanation could be very helpful for newcomers. I currently do not have a vision on how this should become reality, but I am willing to lay out some groundwork.

1. I am not limiting myself to 4 deputies, but I acknowledge that four Deputies is probably not enough. I'm open to recruit more Deputies, up to 5 or maybe 6 in total. I currently already have 4 potential Deputies available, but if anyone wants to serve as a Deputy (Again), feel free to DM me on Discord.

2. Personally I have found the Guides to be really useful during my terms as Deputy Speaker. Before I did a task for the first time, I would consult the Guides. Therefore I think the Guides are mostly valueable for the Deputies. But making the Guides public for anyone outside the Office is not a huge deal, and if people are interested, they can read them.

3. The Speaker's office is, in my opinion, the face of the RA, and since the RA also decides a lot of things that could impact the Gameside community, the RA Digests can serve as a cool way of letting Gameside TNP know what happens "behind the forums" and, perhaps tempt them into joining the RA themselves. On the question about possible integration of the Digests in the Executive, that's something the MoComms or the MoHA should feel comfortable with. If they do, I'm open for discussions about the possibillities.

As of your last remark, please consult my previous answer to Picairn's question.
