Confirmation of Sil Dorsett as Election Commissioner

Mr. Speaker,

Noticing that @Sil Dorsett's term expires on November 20th;

Believing that timely and expeditious appointments are necessary for the continued functioning and efficiency of the Election Commission;

I reappoint them as Election Commissioner, subject to confirmation by the Regional Assembly.

@Sil Dorsett has been reappointed Election Commissioner by the Delegate. I hereby open the floor to debate and discussion on this matter. I invite the Delegate to give a statement in support of the nominee.

Should this reach a vote, I put the following motion before the Regional Assembly:

The Regional Assembly, acting upon the nomination of the Delegate, confirms Sil Dorsett to the Election Commission.
