The Security Council,

Concerned that the region of Roses Without Thorns has been invaded and currently remains under occupation by hostile forces, notably The Brotherhood of Malice, The Black Hawks, Kantrias, Sparkalia, Lair of the Dragon, Osiris, Avaldonia, and The Communist Bloc;

Acknowledging the aspiration of Roses Without Thorns to appoint Heavens Edge as Governor in 14 days;

Recognizing the significant threat that the invasion poses to the sovereignty and stability of Roses Without Thorns and the rights of its native inhabitants;

Condemning the aggressive actions undertaken by The Brotherhood of Malice and its allies, which disrupt the peace and security of the region;

Noting the collaborative effort of the invaders, which undermines the principles of self-determination and territorial integrity that this Council upholds;

Affirming the right of Roses Without Thorns to govern its own affairs and appoint leaders of its choosing, free from external coercion or interference;

Hereby, calls upon all member states to support efforts to liberate Roses Without Thorns from the occupying forces, demands the immediate withdrawal of hostile forces, and commits to ongoing monitoring and reporting of the situation in Roses Without Thorns, ready to take further actions if necessary to uphold the principles of the Security Council.
