Spyri (Formally known as Rifty) was removed from the Delete On Sight list by Nationstates Moderators. He recently attempted to join TNP Discord. When it was brought to our attention he was issued a 30 day ban pending admin discussion as to whether or not he should be permitted to join the community. For those who are unaware. Rifty has a long negative history with Nationstates, players, and the community as a whole (see publicly available sources below.) There are other issues which, while we were not able to independently verify, we believe there is a reasonable foundation that they are true. This includes a history of harassing and causing real harm to other players. As such, we believe that there is a clear and present danger to the community if they were permitted to join TNP.
The player currently known as Spyri, formally known as Rifty, is banned from all TNP Administered Properties. We highly recommend that the TNP government prevent this player from joining any TNP-led in-game events, and ban them from the region. This ban will not expire.
