Operation Solar Storm

Tag raids and detag operations are nice, but you know what's even better? Taking the fight to our enemies. With suggestions and advice from my Deputy @Kaschovia (who came up with the name of the operation from the recent solar storms), I decided to give TCB and BoM a nice little greeting at the start of the term by leading a series of Delegacy captures against some of their colonies and trophy regions. While all of these regions have active Governors and non-executive WA Delegacies to reduce damages from outside raids, they can not erase the now permanently recorded fact that we have successfully seized their Delegacies at major update. The name of this operation is now marked in the History tab of 9 regions (except for the first one, it was "Northern Ragnarok" - a fitting name for Asgard) through the help of myself and two other updaters present, @Rom and @cosmicsonic.
