Reintroducing the 50 and 75-Mission Ribbons

In case any of you didn't know, the NPA Ranks and Ribbons thread used to have the 50 and 75-mission ribbons. These were later additions to the thread and weren't hosted on our forums but on Discord. So when Discord stopped hosting images back in late February 2024, the ribbons died and were taken out. Fortunately, @Kaschovia managed to have those ribbons on his computer and he gave them to me some time ago back when I was Deputy Minister of Defense. Now these ribbons have officially been reintroduced as part of the NPA's ribbons rack, and soldiers who have completed these milestones will have the right to wear them proudly in their signatures.
