They came back and provided a link, so at least I have a clue as to what on earth they are about.

I still want to reject the indictment, but I'll let it await comment this time.
 
Spamming remains a crime with a very high bar and using too many emojis does not strike me as hitting that bar.
 
Oddly, @Dreadton did reply, by starting a group PM with me and @Osk!ebot. Basically advising them that I (the court) had made clear that this wasn't a valid complaint, pointing to 7.3.14, and offering them to speak with members of the Bar if they want legal assistance -
