ACKNOWLEDGING the existence of Resolution "World Assembly Headquarters," and the concerns raised by member states regarding its impact on international relations and political freedoms;
RECALLING the founding principles of the World Assembly as an entity dedicated to fostering international cooperation, goodwill, and understanding among nations;
RECOGNIZING the importance of a neutral and secure location for the World Assembly Headquarters to symbolize unity and harmony among member states;
CONCERNED, however, by the limitations and potential negative consequences imposed by the establishment of the World Assembly Office of Building Management (OBM) as outlined in the original resolution;
HIGHLIGHTING the fact that the original resolution was authored under conditions of inebriation, as admitted by the author, Omigodtheykilledkenny, who laboriously attended to his duties following lengthy drinking binges at a well-known local pub;
EXPRESSING concern that the compromised state of mind during the drafting process may have influenced the language and content of the resolution, potentially leading to unintended consequences and impractical provisions;
BELIEVING that the OBM's exclusive authority to assign offices at WA Headquarters and invoice nations for the use of WA facilities, conceived under the influence of alcohol, poses a threat to the sovereignty of member states and undermines the principles of democracy and self-governance;
NOTING the potential for abuse of power by the OBM, as seen in its ability to ignore or delay requests for office space without proper justification, and acknowledging that such oversights may have been exacerbated by the impaired judgment of the author;
FURTHER RECOGNIZING the need to address the issues raised in the original resolution, including the disturbing prevalence among international envoys of "drunks, stoners, weirdos, military fruitcakes, sex addicts, rejects, dear little kiddies, honest family types" and militant machistas, as admitted by the author;
HEREBY REPEALS Resolution "World Assembly Headquarters" and its associated provisions.
