It appears that a common question to candidates has been their view/intentions regarding @Attempted Socialism's proposed reforms.
I can answer simply that I believe in the direction of all of them, and have had the privilege to carefully consider all the rule changes but the Plea of No Contest changes and find them most appropriate. Some of the other reforms, however, will require approval by the Regional Assembly and not just changes to the Court Rules and Procedures. I would like to see those changes, and hope to see one or more bills soon.
