Recognizing that the region
Solidarity is a peaceful and collaborative project established by NSLeft, an alliance of leftist regions aimed at fostering cooperation, dialogue, and unity among like-minded regions,
Acknowledging that, while founded in collaboration with the various NSLeft regions, Solidarity stands as a sovereign, independent region with native support for their rightly elected Delegate, Kavamkao
Alarmed by the recent attack on Solidarity by a coalition of aggressors, which violates the sovereignty and self-determination of Solidarity, NSLeft, and its Member Regions,
Highlighting that Solidarity itself is a region dedicated to neutrality in inter-regional military actions and is a community focused on the growth of left-of-center communities and promotion of political discourse,
Decrying the false assertion that Solidarity is a mere colony of The Communist Bloc, and instead emphasizing that Solidarity is a collective endeavor of multiple innocent leftist regions devoted to the growth of left-of-center NationStates communities and the promotion of political discourse, and that such mischaracterization is a grave injustice,
Affirming that the Member Regions of NSLeft, including small and/or peaceful regions such as Anarchy and The Social Liberal Union, have been unjustly victimized by this unprovoked attack and are left bewildered by this unwarranted aggression, as they are not party to the conflict and have remained committed to neutrality on inter-regional military activities,
Emphasizing that this attack on Solidarity is an affront to the principles of regional sovereignty and peaceful cooperation, and threatens to destabilize the peaceful environment that countless regions work tirelessly to maintain,
Cognizant that an Injunction on Solidarity will send a clear and unequivocal message to the world that such attacks on peaceful regions and alliances, which themselves have no involvement in any military conflicts or disputes, will not be tolerated,
