The Voice of the People is proud to release its second full edition today. Available as a dispatch here, this second edition features as its editor Carcassonne's Minister of Culture Ladratia. Ladratia, who was appointed last month as Minister of Culture, took on the task with vigor and the results, we feel, speak for themselves.
