Confirmation of Chipoli as Election Commissioner

Mr Speaker,

Noting that his term expires on September 25th, I hereby appoint @Chipoli to another term as Election Commissioner.

@Chipoli has been appointed to serve as an Election Commissioner by Delegate @Kaschovia. I hereby open the floor for debate and discussion on the nomination. I would welcome a statement in support of the nomination from the Delegate.

Should this reach a vote, I intend to put the following motion before the Regional Assembly:

The Regional Assembly, acting on the nomination of the Delegate, appoints Chipoli to the Election Commission.

Chipoli has been on the Election Commission since March the 25th this year and as such has learned the ways of the commission, the processes, and the rules. He's one of the hardest working members of our region, having served as Acting Delegate, Vice Delegate, and Minister of World Assembly Affairs. I have no doubts the Election Commission only stands to benefit from his continue presence.
