New Telegram Welcoming System
Hello everyone,
Recently, the server r3n used to host his tools went down. This means that those tools that were functional after the first issues starting to crop up with scripts like the WADP are now inaccessible. This includes the script used to generate lists.
As a result, we have developed a new system for sending list telegrams. The tool is based on activity logs of nations moving to and founding in The North Pacific. This means that the ministry will no longer be sending telegrams to "classes" of nations like issue answers, WA voters, etc.. It also means that for the foreseeable future, lists will look like this:
Essentially, rows will now be links to telegram individual nations rather than eight at a time. This means that it will now be possible to send successive telegrams much faster as the sender will have a lower rate limit for every nation.
Furthermore, it can rarely happen that nations occur twice in the list. If this is the case, please avoid sending two telegrams and skip to the next link.
Additionally, to adapt them to this new system and as a part of the ministry's ongoing review of home affairs resources, we have updated and consolidated the telegram templates.
Cheers,
Comfed
Minister of Home Affairs
