Request for clarification: how far does culture's say extend

Hello admins, just wanted to know how much of TNP's forum culture has the power to make changes to/regulate/ask for changes to (e.g. the agora, community centre, out of character etc). It's a question I've never thought about but I look at certain subforums and wonder if we're doubling up or if they could be put to better uses, essentially. Not expecting anything (and certainly not carte blanche to make changes, that'd be silly), just wanted to know.

All users are able (and encouraged!) to post suggestions in the Forum Operations subforum. We are always looking for ways to improve the forum and will take any suggestions posted into consideration. For culture, it would be difficult to lay out the specifics of what can and can’t be done in more generalized subforums like The Agora and OOC. I would suggest posting your ideas as they come up and we can address them on a case-by-case basis.
