Okay, so we need 1 to nominate (I suggest Comfed, but I would prefer someone as qualified who is not also serving in other positions), and 1 from the Court. I would delay the Court member until after the special election, but I am not set on that.

I think both Justice candidates would be solid choices so let’s take advantage of the fact they volunteered for judicial duty again and offer the loser of the election the RA confirmed spot.

I had planned on applying for bar membership after the next judicial election. Since I can't serve as a prosecutor and a judge at the same time a bar membership would mostly be for show right now.
And if I misunderstood you and you mean the Bar Commission, then no.

LD is interested in serving on the Bar Commission. I'll wait for @Eluvatar to respond before announcing, but now we have a good candidate.

I am open to serving on the bar commission, though I don't know if that would get in the way of my applying to join the Bar, which I've been planning to get to at some point soon for a while now...

I am fine with him serving there. It shouldn’t be an issue as far as getting admitted to the bar anyway - I imagine he could recuse from the vote if that was a concern.
