Greetings from Carcassonne! A frontier apoikia established by members of Taijitu, we are in the beginning stages of creating a new community that will be enriched by its status as a frontier. We hope that, very soon, we will have a bustling, active region focused on good humor, worldbuilding, and NationStates gameplay. Our Discord server is open to anyone interested in joining us.

Currently up for discussion in the Ecclesia is our proposed Constitution, which details the roles and responsibilities of the Emperor, Ecclesia, Senate, and regional officers. It also includes a proposed “Rights of Nations” drafted by His Imperial Majesty, which outlines the basic rights due to all member nations of Carcassonne.

Our regional map, created by Ytupuera, is now viewable on our Discord, and a political version of it is uploaded right below our WFE. It’s already in the top 100 most-endorsed maps in the world! It serves as a benchmark to display the state of our RP world. Currently in the news there is Epithemia’s preparations to send the finest elephant of its herd to the Emperor of Qigezhou, which will solidify the latter’s investments in Epithemia. This elephant’s long journey through the jungle to the Qigezhouan capital of Yangchen will certainly go off without a hitch.

To become a citizen yourself, we only require either a WA nation in Carcassonne endorsing Marxosia, or that you disclose where your WA nation is. This is just so we can ensure nobody “doubles up” on citizenship. We look forward to seeing you!
