As many of the people know, l that I am banned. Do I still be in The North Pacific by using my another account, ALT Walikaistan? The account in which my present citizenship is, Hulldom said that I may change my citizenship so that means I can also be in TNP with this another account?
 
It's unusual that @Hulldom would allow your alternate account to persist in TNP and keep your old one banned. Usually either you are forgiven and unbanned or all of your nations are banned as they are caught.

You should discuss the matter with Hulldom privately. Talk about what you did and consider showing repentance.

Alternatively, if you feel that the ban was unjustified, you can take the matter to the Court. You can file an R4R of Hulldom's action.

No, I ban is justified, It was my flaut. I was banned before too, this is my second time....

The reason the alt account is allowed is due to his being a citizen.
