Sai Gon Inquisition
Sai Gon Inquisition is a post-apocalyptic nation located in the wasteland of Southeast Asia. The post-apocalyptic nation includes several Pre-Flash nations such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. It borders the New Chinese Republic to the north and the raider nation [WIP] to the south. The nation has a population of 78 million survivors, with its capital city being Sai Gon.

in Ho Chi Minh City, two months after the Great Flash. During this time, the Vietnamese government already collapsed and what was left in the damned nation are the city ruins, radiation, mutants, diseases, raiders, etc.[NEED TO BE REVAMPED]

"Before the Great Flash, the world powers had been embroiled in a decades-long war (The Decades-Long War). Millions died in the war and those were managed to survive were left to suffer famine and dearth until they succumb to their wounds as well. The reasoning was unclear and the justifications were irrelevant. And this decade of war, famine, and death would continue until a single cataclysmic event end it all known as the Great Flash."
Before the [REDACTED] war, there was no known information about Vietnam during the supposedly early Decades-Long War. Numerous audio or video recordings findings before the outbreak of the [REDACTED] war have been thoroughly examined and found to be inaccurate or fabricated. To prevent from this continuing, full authorization is required to verify this document. The possessor of this document fabricating this will result in severe punishment for the possessor from the Inquisition. Including the death penalty.
For context: This is the only information about the state of the previous country before the [REDACTED] war happened. The following article is composed of a collection of recorded tapes dated back from the year 2372 to 2375, documenting the state of old Vietnam, its economy, and its problematic issues.

Economy
This is Thanh Vinh's recording, this is for future use in case something catastrophic happens. This is tape XVI, recorded on April,16,2372. Two days ago, the official government addressed the blockade issue at Co_Chien River. Before this whole blockade thing happens, there has been continuous droughts all over Tay Ninh and other areas. So we now have to import crops using the Co Chien river and now it got blockaded. Which led to Vietnam suffering a recession. It's no help that Vietnam is still agricultural when the droughts hit and the Co Chien River, which has played a massive role in the South's economy, was suddenly blockaded. To be fair, the economy has been spiraling down ever since the scandals surfaced, the endless amounts of corruption and inflation, and the massive cheap-making junk corporations started butting in. The recession hits hard, so the junk-making corporations have to lay off their dreading employees, and the ones who independently operate their small businesses on their own which have been dominating the commercial market for years have been shutting down recently due to lack of supply. This is all just, REALLY BAD. LIKE ABSOLUTELY BAD. We could have needed help from other countries if they weren't busy attacking each other. However, the People's Council has working to offer economic help to all across the South, so it maybe won't be that bad later on. I'll keep this series updated."
Judging from the audio recording, the Co Chien River is blocked, and droughts have caused a recession in the southern region. Agricultural production has sharply decreased as a result, leading to a decrease in economic output. It is clarified that Vietnam is still agricultural.
