The Terran National State (TNS) is a totalitarian fascist dictatorship founded by the warlord Romulus Chuck in 2446 in the wastelands of the American Carolinas. To the north, the TNS borders the Union of the Great Lakes (UGL), and the remnants of the pre-flash Federal Government to the west. The capital of the TNS is the city of Pyrrhus, built over the remains of Charlotte, NC.
