I went to check how to update the rulings page, and realised that not only is the pinned post not referring to the index that our Laws page links to, but neither indices have been updated for a while. The index linked to through the Laws header was last updated June 20th 2022, with a ruling from June 7th, while the one linked to in the pinned post here was last updated on April 30th 2022, with a ruling from April 29th.

From looking through the Court I can find the following rulings since April 29th 2022:
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9195757/#post-10493152 -- April 29th 2022 -- On the Regulation of the Regional Message Board.
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9195823/#post-10495103 -- May 10th 2022 -- On the Definition of a Candidate.
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9195886/#post-10503721 -- June 7th 2022 -- On the Ability of the Speaker to Retract Citizenship.
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9196447/#post-10546606 -- December 13th 2022 -- On the Delegate’s authority to issue sanctions.
https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9196685/#post-10565620 -- February 28th 2023 -- On Jurisdictional Claims.

Thus the index linked to from the Laws page seems to only miss the last 2 rulings, while the one linked to from the pinned post misses 4. My instinct would be to remove the pinned post and replace it with one to the new thread, as that is the one linked to from the Laws page. I would also post the two rulings so we are up to date for the term. Do you have any comments on this, and have I missed any rulings?

The pinned one is indeed the wrong link, the whole idea of the new one was to have every ruling with a separate post rather than the horrible many in one post that it was in the old one.
