Article One Member nations' governments may not dictate or suggest what privately owned news outlets may write or say. All correspondence between governments and privately owned news outlets must be public, out in the open for all to see.
Article Two News outlets hold a great responsibility to the people, to tell the truth. While the government may not interfere, competition from public or other private outlets can always balance out the lies told by one source.
Article Three Publicly owned news outlets are exempt from all requirements set fourth in this Resolution as they are themselves owned by their respective governments. As always, maintaining a publicly owned news outlet(s) is optional.
Article Four No nation is required to allow a free market within their boarders, but they must not influence or bribe international news outlets.
