The Security Council (hereafter, “we” or “SC”) hereby declares and urges all member states ("nations" or "you") to bring joy to themselves and to their citizens ("thee") during festive seasons (and hereafter, defining the term "Christmas" to include all festive seasons across the multi-verse):
