For those applying to the Regional Bar, there is a few steps involved:

1. Copy the form into a new thread in the Regional Bar forum and answer the questions as appropriate.
2. Answer the questions the Bar Commissioners will ask of you, and any that your fellow citizens may have.
3. You will be accepted or denied for membership in the Regional Bar, based on private deliberations by the Commissioners.
