Abnormalities:
1. Private Ballot 7728 was submitted by someone who was not a citizen and therefore the ballot was discarded. The ballot was also ambiguous and wouldn't have been counted.
2. McMasterdonia CTE'd and lost citizenship during the voting period and therefore their ballot was discarded.
3. Sanjurika CTE'd and lost citizenship during the voting period and therefore their ballot was discarded.

Congratulations to the victors and commiserations to the defeated. A well run race by all!
 
All things considered, I’ll count tying Abstain and losing to RON as a quasi-win for mysel.
