In this thread, you will find templates that you can use for mentoring. Remember to change [your name] with your forum/nation name and remove or replace [Insert optional lines if appropriate - see end of the post for details] in your post with appropriate content. See what options you have in the post number 5. below. Anything inserted between [ ] should be removed as they are instruction on how what to hínclude or not include in your template. (Follow the instructions and do as they say before removing them.) (Original templates created by Nimarya and then updated by Gorundu)

The Discord server is where a lot of the life and activity of the region takes place, and it’s one place where you can begin to strike up friendships with your fellow TNPers! In our main Discord server, you’ll also find an index of links to all our other TNP-related servers, including our RP server. [(Only include this if they haven't already applied for Eras; if they have, see post 5 for what to say)] If RP is your style, feel free to check out that server and ask around about our two regional RPs, Eras (which takes place on this forum) and Strangereal (RMB based).

For new members who have their citizenship application rejected:

I have noticed that your citizenship application has been rejected because you are applying from a [IP type - check rejection post] IP. If you can, try applying while connected to the internet at your home, and that should fix the problem. If you can't do that for whatever reason, then there is an appeals process available to you, which you can read about [url=https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9195677/]here[/url].

Executive Staff

I also noticed that you have applied to join the Executive Staff, specifically the Ministry of [ministry name] [add more if appropriate], which is great to see. The Executive Staff is an excellent way to get more involved in government and make yourself known to the rest of your region through your hard work. If you have any questions about the Executive Staff, I can help answer them for you, or you can direct them to the Minister of Deputy Ministers in your ministry when you are accepted.

North Pacific Army

I also noticed that you have applied to join the North Pacific Army, which is great to see. The North Pacific Army is a unique opportunity to develop skills that will help you better understand NationState's game mechanisms, and to meet a variety of people from across the game who you will collaborate with on missions. It is also a way to make you stand out in the region, as a member of a small group that dedicates time to serving important missions for the region. If you have any questions, soldiers and officers in the NPA would be well-equipped to answer them after you have been accepted.

Eras RP
