Creation of a FIFA like organization within the North Pacific

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anybody wanted to join a FIFA-like organization that I'm creating. We would elect a president and then set a date for qualifying competitions and a world cup. I hope that we can come together to create this and further the betterment of the great sport of football (soccer).
