The Concordat of Greco Nations
in the one-thousand three-hundred and twenty-second year
in the pursuit of final peace and everlasting union among the one Greco people
II. Union requires division, and so it shall be. From the wars of old shall spring forth five nations distinct and one to serve and guide all Grecoans to the unseen virtues despite their different paths to that most glorious end. So then the five nations shall act as seat to the five children of Regulus which are:
- Evangeline, Child of the Heart
- Cosmus, Child of the Doctrines
- Clement, Child of the Passion
- Perpetua, Child of the Wisdom
- Linus, Child of the Middle Argument
So the followers of these legendary wonderers once spear to spear now turn back to back so that Regulus may not be broken in his slumber but truly alive and one as he taught three hundred years ago. Let each crown speak, therefore, and let both their faults and promises be known to all. May the choir of the crowns speak as one from this point onward and so defend peace through unity despite what the despots of the past have dictated.
The Voice of Evangeline Speaks
We the followers of dear Regulus in the tradition of his first student, the most loving Evangeline, speak as the voice of highest charity and selfless service. In love and the pursuit of the wellbeing of all, Heaven is assured. It has been our wish amidst the times of the Grecoan Calamity to show others the way to love and familial strength, even by means of the sword for it was in our desperation that we thought true love would demand of us the elimination of those who failed to live without it. We admit our wrongs in this ideal for the unity of our people rings louder as an act of love than the elimination of the difficult. As penance we declare it our responsibility to take part with humility and vigor in the construction of this new Grecoan Union. We then now form with full acceptance and cooperation the Caritian Union which shall be the sanctuary of all who consider themselves the child of charity. We offer all of our gifts. Our advancements in medicine, cuisine, portraiture, and trade among others shall be at the service of all Grecoans so that discord may be spurned and true friendship may take its place. We the descendants of Evangeline and so also Regulus so swear allegiance and cooperation.
The Voice of Cosmus Speaks
We the followers of true Regulus in the tradition of his first mouthpiece and ambassador to all the Grecoan people, the right Cosmus, speak as the voice of truth and perfect obedience. In the pursuit of truth and obedience to it, Heaven is assured. It was our intention to reveal to all through reason those ways of Regulus which are sound and lacking in contradiction. In the Grecoan Calamity we believed through discernment that the truth must be declared by force and the subjugation of insolence. We admit our wrongs in this perversion of truth for the pursuit of what is through free academic discovery stands as a stronger and more beneficial means to come to know what is most fundamentally important and worthy of pursuit. As penance we declare it our responsibility to take part with obedience and clear mind in the construction of this new Grecoan Union. We then now form with full acceptance and cooperation the Doctrini Commonwealth which shall be the sanctuary of all who consider themselves the child of truth through reason. We offer all of our gifts. Our advancements in academia, agriculture, armed training, and engineering among others shall be at the service of all Grecoans so that falsity may be spurned and what is true may take its place. We the descendants of Cosmus and so also Regulus so swear allegiance and cooperation.
The Voice of Clement Speaks
We the followers of vigorous Regulus in the tradition of his first artist and musician to all the Grecoan people, the creative and vibrant Clement, speak as the voice of creativity and the strength of identity. In the pursuit of inner unity and unshakable confidence in faith, Heaven is assured. It was our intention to reveal to all through creative art those ways of Regulus which are majestic and of highest inspiration. In the Grecoan Calamity we believed through contemplation of written histories and Regulan poetry that the glories of personal revelation must be assured through the subjugation of all for their own sake. We admit our wrongs in this act against personal growth for the pursuit of self discovery and the ideal through unique expression and personal journey is the true way to the revelations at the very depths of Regulus's teachings. As penance we declare it our responsibility to take part with hope and fruitful pursuit in the construction of this new Grecoan Union. We then now form with full acceptance and cooperation the Passiontide Kingdom which shall be the sanctuary of all who consider themselves on the journey to better through their own gifts and talents. We offer all of our gifts. Our advancements in literature, cinema, military technology, and diplomatic intelligence among others shall be at the service of all Grecoans so that mediocrity may be spurned and what is vibrant and authentic may take its place. We the descendants of Clement and so also Regulus so swear allegiance and cooperation.
The Voice of Perpetua Speaks
We the followers of the ethereal Regulus in the tradition of his first mystic and prophet to all the Grecoan people, the spiritual and insightful Perpetua, speak as the voice of mystery and all that is beyond our sight. In the pursuit of transcendence and pursuit of the Divine, Heaven is assured. It was our intention to reveal to all through spiritual exercise and living of theological tenets those ways of Regulus which are holy and of heavenly origin. In the Grecoan Calamity we believed through the ferocity of our adherence to sacred doctrines that the glories of faith must be assured through the capture of all for the sake of reforming their wills. We admit our wrongs in this act against spirit which requires detachment from human conflict, and the careful study of those eternal mysteries. As penance we declare it our responsibility to take part with sacred duty and bountiful faith in the construction of this new Grecoan Union. We then now form with full acceptance and cooperation the Sophian Realm which shall be the sanctuary of all who wish to put aside earthly things for transcendent works and responsibilities. We offer all of our gifts. Our advancements in theology, psychology, religious education, and clerical formation among others shall be at the service of all Grecoans so that the profane may be spurned and what is given from the Lord may take its place. We the descendants of Perpetua and so also Regulus so swear allegiance and cooperation.
The Voice of Linus Speaks
We the followers of the modest Regulus in the tradition of his first peace bringer to all the Grecoan people, the reasonable and noble Linus, speak as the voice of peace and meaningful compromise. In the pursuit of balance and careful moderation, Heaven is assured. It was our intention to bring together all of Regulus's children so that destruction and the onslaught of wars may come to an end. In the Grecoan Calamity we rightly opposed the violence of the warring parties but in our desire of peace used force and destruction as a means to sabotage all parties even though such acts were against our reverence for peace and justice. We admit our wrongs in this act against dialogue and diplomacy which rejects violence as a valid means of bringing about the desired effect. As penance we declare it our responsibility to take part with a united spirit and joyful cooperation in the construction of this new Grecoan Union. We then now form with full acceptance and cooperation the Grecoan State which shall be the sanctuary of all seeking refuge or wish to start again in a place without the expectations of our fellow brethren and their preferred teachings. We offer all of our gifts. Our legal arbitrations, open lands, pluralistic culture, and rights of sanctuary among others shall be at the service of all Grecoans so that the radical may be spurned and what is of correct response may be prioritized. We the descendants of Linus and so also Regulus so swear allegiance and cooperation.
III. The people have spoken, the new nation has been professed and so let it be so. This is a new ideal for the Greco people. So then let us all be known as the Children of Regulus, Grecoideatia. Now begins the pursuit of terms by which our nation may stand tall and firm for years to come.
IV. Territorial terms shall be addressed in the forthcoming addendum to this concordat which shall be added by national motion at a future time.
