Should we decide to proceed with answering it, regrettably we must discuss the prospect of my recusal because I have a feeling people will conclude that as an author of a bill to change this particular area of the law, I would have a conflict of interest. The ruling of course would only touch on the law as currently written, and my bill is additive without changing the existing wording or affecting the clause that this review is concerned with. But you know, appearances.
Those are basically the areas of consideration most immediately in front of us I would like to discuss tomorrow

I have archived the past term's threads in the appropriate archives, I wanted to make a thread for the past terms Discord logs as well but ran into that issue.
I updated the past decisions thread - some minor formatting changes on the last decision posted there, and on additional decision added, it should be up to date now. I want to consult with admin on the table of contents issue - I think there's a couple approaches we can take but I want to make sure it will work.
Additionally I would like your input on the private threads we still have in the private justice archive, before I begin releasing them.

It is synergistic with RA's power to sustain or rebuke that denial. It would be improper for the Court to preempt the RA which has the power to deny the VD's criteria for security threat.
