August/September Update
The Right Way to Do Things
Based on last newsletter, you'd think we have a special interest in raiding against right-wing regions. And you'd be right - partially, and pun absolutely
In a joint operation with several allies, we managed to take over the Union of Rightwing Nations. As things stand, this proves that we support the right (hehe) to conduct a revolution. As long as it's supported by us of course. Or if you insist, might makes right (hehe x2)
Bonus honorable mention:
Who says raiders do not have a sense of humor? Nobody? Let's just call it a framing device then. Either way, let us not forget this. Like Subway, revolutions have to begin...
underground.
(Here we go with the stale memes again - Ed.)
Up Top
It's safe to remove your tinfoil hats now, folks. Pretty much everyone agrees that Trump did not win the previous US presidential election. Even if you are in the minority that believe some conspiracy went on, you still have to concede that those who are part of the conspiracy have enough power to prevent anything from happening. In other words, he lost. And just like real life, so too have his followers in the great
(No we did not. Stop spreading fake news. Also, you're fired. - Ed.)
Two Lefts Don't Make a Right
For those of you who've been actually reading the whole newsletter, well done. And for those who've been reading every single one, maybe you should do head out, go for a walk or something. Surely you have something better to do. Either way, you would have seen a patern by now, one which we have emphasised repeatedly. We do not discriminate with respect to who we raid. For those who somehow skipped everything and scrolled here, well here's a revalation for you then. Take a few breathes. Digest it. Now continue reading. Look at you. You've just obeyed some random text on the internet. How does that feel?
Think we've gone off a tangent here. Let's get back to the topic.
Do we really raid anyone? Even something benign like an oestensibly liberal democratic region? Especially one of those. Please refer to the Rules of the Internet. Rule 43: The more beautiful and pure a thing is — the more satisfying it is to corrupt it. Which is why when TBH came up with a plan for a surprise visit to the Liberal Democratic Union, obviously we had to join in.
After all, if you think about it, raiding is in its core a democratic thing. Delegates are voted through endorsement by WA members. Raiders as WA members have the right to vote. In a region, the nation with the most number of endorsements is the delegate. In raiding, we support a nation in a region with the most endorsements. Thus, they're delegate. Democracy in action.
And Another One
Dear reader, when you see the title of this article, you probably have a few thoughts in your mind. Primarily... are these newsletters full of nothing but lame puns and stale memes? The answer to that, is a definite yes. We're proud of it. We've managed to waste precious minutes of your lives. Time which could have been spent elsewhere. Get back to work. Or studying. Or do something worthwhile. But no. You've decided to procrastinate and obsess yourselves over minutiae in the interwebs. We're not one bit sorry.(Stop padding - Ed.)
(Also stop using snarky remarks by an alleged Ed. to fill up space - the Writer)
In any case, we've also had more activity around these parts apart from those above, with training operations and our social interactions going on as usual. Take this for example:
Pictured: Because one Pacific is too few.
To be honest, being a writer is difficult. It's hard to find a pun for Chaylia. Perhaps it's time for another approach. Time to nag a ram. After all, "Chaylia" can be rearranged to form "achy ail". Which is pretty fitting to be honest. To a native, being raided can be a painful experience. And to be honest, you have to have weak defenses to get raided in the first place.
We'll end this with a few annoucements. One. We've somehow managed to reach a record number of nations since our region's founding. Wow. There really are a lot of bored people around.
Two. Somehow the writers here have received notice that someone actually likes these newsletter. Which begs the question. Someone actually reads them?
