Greetings!

This report covers Ministry activity and progress on initiatives from the 11th of September, 2021, to the 8th of October, 2021.

During this period, we issued 14 IFV Recommendations and opened 17 Voting Threads. We have consistently met our goal of issuing IFV Recommendations early in order to foster early WA voting by North Pacificans and increase our sway on an at-tote Resolution's outcome. In addition, by consistently opening Voting Threads soon after a Proposal is submitted we allow more time for substantive discussion and voting to occur.

We have also continued the trend of our Delegate either delivering a stack or a stomp on an at-vote Resolution very early on, at times mere seconds after a Resolution hits the voting floor. Such early votes by our Delegate have continued to cement The North Pacific's pivotal role in the area of World Assembly Affairs across NS.

Regarding our Heroes' Program, we have pushed "Commend Pallaith" to the voting floor, and are confident that it will pass. This is yet another victory for our Heroes Program. Furthermore, we are working on a Commendation of El Fiji Grande that should be ready for the Security Council fairly soon. In addition, the Ministry is currently working on an initiative that will significantly improve the effectiveness and success of our Heroes Program through collaboration with our regional allies Europeia and Balder- this initiative will be announced shortly.

We have established our WA Council, and it is functioning as intended. We look forward to seeing the Council continue in this regard and demonstrate its utility down the line.

Another positive trend is the carrying out of Ministry tasks such as the creation of Voting Threads and the writing of IFV Recommendations by people other than the Minister and one or two other consistently active individuals. It appears that the Minister's agenda to pursue the Division of Labor is paying dividends.

Lastly, as mentioned in the Minister's Opening Address, the Ministry has continued engaging in discussions concerning the expansion of WALL. While these discussions have not yet led to a solid arrangement, the potential of an applicant region in successfully joining WALL is appearing to manifest more and more.

That is all for now. I look forward to seeing great things moving forward from our Ministry this term.
