History
At the Independence Ceremony (1965), "Yedineniyem narodov" (Through the Unity of its People) was played as the Quadricolor flag was raised. It was played commonly in public events as the unofficial anthem of Makopa. But the Obshchiy-Yazk song is unpopular among Suvanto and Tagapa because it was the colonial anthem of Arcanstotzkan Makopa. Other popular anthems were the Suvanto "Sanktan Harmonion" (Sacred Harmony) and the Tagapa "Pandaigdigang Awit" (International Anthem). The use of each anthem was divisive, causing tensions between the three major ethnicities. In 1971, the Makopan Parliament passed the National Anthem Law. It stated Makopa will have three national anthems: Yedineniyem narodov, Sanktan Harmonion, and Pandaigdigang Awit. In 1991, the law was amended to adopt a combined version of the three anthems and it is now the national anthem of Makopa.
Lyrics
It is titled "The Call of Makopa" (Obshchiy-Yazk: Golos Yuzhnoy Makopa, Suvanto: La Voko de Makopa; Tagapa: Ang Tawag ng Makopa). This is the official version of the national anthem with translation:
