The International Whaling Federation
The International Whaling Federation was founded on February 20th, 1995 in the city of Karasova by Ekrem Polat after an incident involving his son and arrest and detention of his son in Saintonge for whaling on one of his whaling vacations. From then on Ekrem vowed to fight for the rights of whalers across Eras, and protect their ability to practice their livelihood. From there, he formed the Whaler Protection Force, which was and is still being used to protect whalers associated with the federation. The IWF (International Whaling Federation) has been working for years to combat anti-whaling activism as well as lobby for better treatment and representation of whalers across Eras as well as pay and fight the legal battles for those who cannot afford them.
Our Principles
The IWF stands for the protection of whalers' rights across Eras, the IWF also believes in the preservation of whales so that whaling may continue to occur and not eliminate the whales that so many people depend on for their livelihood. As with our first and founding principle, the third principle is that to protect the whalers of Eras they must arm themselves to keeps safe against the possibility of Eco Terrorist attacks. And the final principle is that an organization dedicated to the protection of the whaling trade must use its funds to lobby for better whaler representation.
The Whaler Protection Force
The WPF (The Whaler Protection Force) was founded in 1996 as an extension of the IWF to protect whalers from possible Eco Terrorist attacks. It is made up of over 9,351 men and women of multiple nationalities all dedicated to the protection of whalers. These "Marines" have been working hard to keep safe the many whalers that associate with our organization.
Our Preservation Efforts
The IWF has been working around the clock for the past two and a half decades to preserve the job of whaling and maintain the whale population around the globe. Every year, the IWF donates large sums of money to Whale conservation organizations and has been committed to sticking to quotas to not overfish and drive the whale population closer to extinction. And these efforts allow for the world to be a better place overall.
