Ciroi and Nordic Vikings Empire

Ciroi and NordicVikingsEmpire (NVE) engaged in ERP on the NS website and both had nations deleted for it.

ERP. The mods said I could start a new country as long as I didn't do it again.

According to their forum information, Ciroi is currently a minor while NVE is not. NVE has also apparently been declared DOS on NS.
Therefore, NVE is permabanned from TNP's forum. Ciroi is banned for a bit past the point they will no longer be a minor, September 1st of this year.
