It is the start of the month. Athron Klaron, a chocolate maker and vendor in the capital, goes to the wholesale store with his truck to buy cocoa and nuts for his chocolate. He asks the vendor for his monthly order. He's been a monthly customer for 3 years now. The vendor gave him bags of cocoa and nuts. Employees from the wholesale store load the truck. He drives off to his storehouse not too far from his shop. He unloads the bags. He keeps a part of it to use today. He then drives to his shop, "Another new day," he said before reaching his shop.
He started preparing the chocolate, the cocoa was already fermented and dried. He first roasted the seeds in 2 big ovens. After a few hours of roasting, the seeds were then cracked with his machine made to crack beans. After the nuts were cracked, he winnowed them to remive any remains of the shell. He then poured the seeds into a grinder to grind the seeds and make it a paste. The machine was kept in a hot room so it doesn't solidify. This was to add nuts later on. He poured the paste into moulds. It was in a hot chamver to prevent solidifying. Hebthen finally opened the shop.
A man came into the shop. He was wearing a black trench coat. He ordered, "4 bars of dark chocolate with hazelnuts please." Anthron went to his kitchen, took out four moulds, added hazelnuts and put them in a freezer. After they solidified. He wrapped the chocolate and sent it to the man. "Here is is," Anthron said. The man said "Thank you" "That would be 500 Chrísmae." The man payed him and walked away. Anthron assumed that he bought four chocolate bars for his family as nobody eats that much chocolate alone.
"Today is a cold day. I hate winters," as he said, he didn't like winters. Another women, in a thick jacket like other people, approached the shop, she asked, "Can you tell me where is this address?" She showed him a note with an address. He knew where that was. He said, "To get there, go forward till you see the traffic circle with the statue of Dimiórem. Turn to the right and you will see the place with a sign saying the address." The lady said, "Thank you." And went to the path she was told.
Next, it was a man, he ordered, "A plain bar of chocolate please." Anthron went to the kitchen, took a mould and put it in the freezer. After it became solid he took it out, wrapped it and gave it to the man. "That would be 100 Chrísmae." The man payed Anthron and walked away.
Next, a mother with a girl came to the shop. The mother asked her daughter, 'What do you want, Maria?" Maria (the daughter) replied, "I want the one with the nuts." The mother said to Anthron, "1 bar with nuts please."
