Heroes of the North 2 - Electric Boogaloo

I'm proud to announce this reboot of the WA Ministry's Heroes of the North project, intended to recognize notable TNPers through the Security Council. Here's how it'll work:

1. Interested staffers post in the coordination thread here.
2. Each proposal is assigned one staffer as primary author.
3. With the assistance of the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs, each proposal will go through three phases prior to submission:
   1. Research - Determining what should be included, reaching out to sources of relevant information, and collecting web sources.
   2. Internal Drafting - Proposals will be largely written by the primary author, with assistance from the rest of the Ministry.
   3. Onsite Forum Drafting - Proposals will be posted to the NS forum, and be subject to further revision until they're ready to be submitted.
4. Then the proposal is submitted, hopefully passes, your nominee gets a shiny badge, you get a shiny badge, and everyone's happy. Rinse, repeat.
