Effective immediately @Syrixia has been removed as Minister of Culture. This is an odd time, I know, with less than a month left in the term. The reasons deal with incidents in the realm of the RP community that I feel have shaken my confidence to rely on him in a position of leadership.

I am naming @Highton as his replacement, effective immediately.
 
Very sudden change, but I know enough to know that it couldn’t have been a decision that was made lightly. Quite unfortunate, but Highton is a very strong replacement to finish out the term. Good luck, and thank you to Syr for his service

Thank you all; I know this is a very sudden change and certainly not the circumstances under which I would have hoped to take this position, but I will serve to the best of my ability to complete this term successfully.
