Chola's Indigenous Religion: Maskurism

Maskurism is an indigenous religion from Chola, 5% of Chola follows Maskurism. Maskurism is a monotheistic religion. According to religious texts, god sent 10 messengers to the planet of Eras, the story of the first messenger, Karsim:-

On the mountain of Golang (now Mt. Karnak), a messenger was born to Numan and Satkar, his name was Karsim, a beautiful boy who was skilled at his work. One day, while at the jungle, he found a deer that was hurt badly, he healed the deer, suddenly a voice came from the ground, "Thou art a messeng'r of mineth. Thee shall did spread the w'rd of mineth to the w'rld." He then got a plank of wood, with the 15 commands. He travelled to Kolaka (probably the city of Tamanang), First, people laughed at him, some followed him, soon 2000 people followed him. (Ch 1: Karsim, Part II)

  8. Riva
  9. Tongskha
