It was midday in Altharis when the broadcast was sent to the embassies of its allied nations. It read:

To all who will listen with open ears and minds, hear this!
Our great nations require unity! We must work together if we are to succeed in ways that will make a difference. We should not force ourselves to be governed by war and violence, rather,
we should work together to better ourselves and others. Join us in the creation of a United League of Nations. You will not be required to fight for the members,
but it will be a means of solving our issues through an alternative form of speech, diplomacy. Join us in creating a better world for all.
Please send your correspondence so that we may be able to form this great league with ease. We are open to suggestion regarding the format of such an organization,
and we wish that you share common ideals. This shall be known as the World Assembly, and it shall pass resolutions that are voted on by member states.
This shall truly bring great prosperity to all nations and shall promote peace and international cooperation. Join us in this momentous achievement.

The letter was sent to all nations that could receive it, in the hopes that it would someday lead to the forming of this league.
