On the May 30th Major update, the North Pacific Army (NPA) successfully refounded The Spartan Empire, a region included in the exemptions under Chapter 7.6 Sections 32 and 33 of the Legal Code. The region was occupied solely by switchers up until this Major update, and once the switchers had moved of the region, we proceeded with the refound, and @Nimarya was able to successfully refound the region. Nine soldiers were present for this operation.
