A resolution to develop industry around the world.

A Proposal which intends to develop the businesses and industries of all nations throughout the world.

Section 1: This shall be known as the "Development of Businesses and Industries"

Section 2: All member nations shall make way to further improve their economic status by giving subsidies to major industries within their nation.

Section 3: All nations with best economic status must provide assistance to those in need by making trade free and open for all.

Section 4: The nation states must make policies or laws that will favor the private sectors to further improve their businesses.

Section 5: However, nation states must also look the welfare of the workers so they will not be abused by their employers.

Section 6: Failure to follow in this law will be subject for the sanctions of the authority especially the WA Delegates.

As it stands, this proposal seeks to accomplish too much and is too vague and broad. Many of these clauses also do not take into account different conditions of member nations: for example, not all nations may have a private sector. That is their freedom to do so, and they are unlikely to want to change it.
