Announcement: New Minister of Communications and Press Secretary

Good evening,

Firstly, I'd like to congratulate @Artemis on ascending to the Vice Delegacy once again. This has created another vacancy in the Ministry of Communications for the final month of the term.

I am pleased to announce that @Bobberino has agreed to serve as Minister of Communications. Bobberino has been Deputy Minister throughout the term and also served in an acting capacity earlier in the term while Marcus was on leave. Congratulations Bob and don't forget to take your oath!

I am also pleased to announce that @Nimarya will be the new Press Secretary. Nimarya replaces Rom who stood down to become Deputy Speaker of the Regional Assembly. Don't forget to take your oath either, Nim!

Congratulations to both Bob and Nim! I look forward to working with you both for the final month of the term.
