Updates to the Endorse page

The Endorse page has been updated to include nations that became eligible for endorsing since the latest major update. These nations can be:
  • TNP nations joining the WA;
  • WA nations moving to TNP from some other region;
  • an existing TNP WA nation resigning and then rejoining the WA;
  • an existing TNP WA nation moving out of and then returning to TNP.
These new nations are added automatically to the top of the "not endorsed" list, ordered from most recent to oldest in terms of when they became eligible for endorsements. The only exception to this is if you are not endorsing the delegate or a Security Council nation, in which case those nations will appear first and the new nations will follow.

The list updates every minute, so you can keep coming back to check for new WA nations to endorse. Note that the list does not remove nations you have already endorsed, except after each major update, same as it does now. But, as new nations are added at the top of the list, you should be able to find any nations that were added since your last check just by looking at the top of the list.

This update shouldn't change things significantly for those of your that only endotart periodically. But it should be helpful for those of you competing in the WADP, e.g., trying to get 100% endotarting and/or winning Champion awards.

Note also that the list will miss any nations that resign and rejoin the WA within one minute. This does not happen very often, and when it does, it will be corrected in the following major update.

As a last update, the list now filters out any nations that are no longer in the WA or in TNP. This should help save a few clicks as you endotart.

Many thanks to @Rom for helping test the page. If you spot any bugs, or have any suggestions for changes, please post here.

Wow, many thanks for the cool updates. Very much appreciated!

Now the only big issue remains on how to get people to actually use the page frequently but this is another story and press endorse buttons. But this is another story. ;)

This new feature introduced an issue where, if the NS API became unresponsive (which tends to happen quite often), the page would indicate that you have not endorsed anyone.

This should hopefully be fixed now.

My previous "fix" had not fixed the issue. I pushed patch change that should hopefully prevent this issue from occurring again in the future.
