OFFICIAL STATEMENT​

• First constitutive plenary meeting:
  
  We are pleased to inform that according to a parliamentary decision,
  according to article 36 of the Constitution, Mr. Tullius Karpos from
  the Socialist political party was appointed as head of state after
  winning the second legislative elections .
  
  Mr. Tullius Karpos was sworn in before the plenary session of parliament.
  According to the democratic tradition in our country, the new
  government will be formed within the next few hours.

In every transition of power, our people look upon us and realize the importance of the exercise of the most powerful office in the land: the citizen. As republics, our sovereignty is not endowed on one individual but on the people, to whom we owe our mandate and service. The democratic process reminds us all of the united and rightful authority of the people's will to determine the future of our nations' story.

Whether it be long or short, prosperous or troublesome, it will always be an honor and privilege to be in the service of our fellow citizens. And your story has just begun.
