Welcome to the sign-up thread of the World Baseball Softball Group's Annual Baseball Festival Tournament in Oclusia! Please follow the format which will be provided below. There will be a few optional things at the bottom that, if you so desire, can fill out. We will allow second nations, and the number of nations in the tournament can go from 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 64...
