Culture January 2020: Opening Address

Hello! I'm very happy to be back as Minister of Culture. We have a number of things earmarked for this term. The long-awaited Security Council Week should be good to go.

We're also going to get our fourth issue of the Roleplay Reel out. To that end I will be looking for graphic designers and other assorted staff to truly take the RPR to the next level as publication that is fully staffed and operational.

We're going to start looking at promoting our RP communities via dispatches.

And finally? We're going to look into more Discord-based events, be they with our friends in our regions or self-contained within TNP. The exact specifics are still being discussed, but I have full confidence in our Ministry, Government, and RP Moderation staff to handle either.

I will be naming @Syrixia and @Angshire as my deputies for this term.
