Iliro-Midir negotiations

To the Department of Foreign relation and trade of the Democratic Districts of Midir

In the name of Confederacy of Ilirja I address you with the hope of gaining your help and support in several matters. The Confederacy has just reticently ended a long period of isolationism and has just started to establish international connections. Your support in this matter would mean much to us.
Further, more we have recently discovered small to medium deposits of uranium and would like to use this resource to secure energetic security of our nation. Unfortunately we lack the experience and knowledge for such a project and have thus decided to ask DDM's help in this area.

With hopes to your swift and positive response

Knez of the Confederacy of Ilirja"

“Sudo has been paying close attention to your nation’s situation and we believe that coming out of isolationism was the right move, we would like to assist in any way that we can to ensure your confederacy blossoms into a stable and independent nation on the world stage. We can offer much in the way of
resources and experience, however the distance between our nations is not minor and should be taken into account. Now, that does not mean we will not do all in our power to assist your efforts, we see Ilirja as a massively important potential ally on Craviter. We would need to know what is needed to accomplish your goals first before we can make any concrete promises.”

We are regretful For your willingness to help us in this endeavor.
Our most urgent need is for people that have experience with nuclear technologies and could pass their knowledge to our own experts.

The distance between our nation is significant and we do understand the challenge.
That being said the confederacy would be willing to cover the travel expenses as long as D.D.M.
agrees help us with getting the power plant operational and is willing to discuss future trade deals.

We would also be honored if you would agree to allow us to open an embassy in your Nation.

“Sending skilled engineers and scientists would be of no issue, that can be done within the week. In addition, Sudo would love for the Confederacy to open an embassy in Mondari. Along with that, the possibility of further cooperation through trade between our nations would definitely be supported by Sudo as free trade is viewed as one of the cornerstones of Mondari’s economic growth. The inclusion of the Confederacy in said trade sphere would be massively beneficial not only to Mondari but we believe, to the Confederacy as well. Hopefully
more can come from that suggestion in the future.”

“In the interest of furthering talks and building stronger ties between our nations, President Roman invites a representative from your nation to come to Sudo and a face to face meeting can be established to work out the details of our agreement, along with that, we believe that further bonds can be established in face to face meetings.”
