The presence of the Pheonisland Government Delegation in The North Pacific has evolved since its introduction in June 2019. It has always been assigned to the Department of the Presidency.
At present, the Delegation aims at the institutional representation of the Pheonisland Government in the North Pacific Region, and the dissemination and promotion of the Phoenician reality.
At the head of the Pheonisland Government Delegation in The North Pacific there is a Delegate, which is responsible for the functions of representation, information and internal regime.

Fabianus Demetrios
Delegate of the Government of Free Land of Pheonisland in The North Pacific
Fabianus Demetrios (Carthage, 1975) is the delegate of the Free Land of Pheonisland Government in The North Pacific since June 2019.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Phoenisland and a PhD in Economics from the Poras School of Economics and the Free University of Braxolles. He has furthered his academic education with a Master's Degree in Public Administration in International Development from Hirford Komnady School and a Diploma in Political Science from the Institute of Political Studies in Poras (Sciences Po).
With more than ten years of experience in public project management, in public policy and research evaluation in developing countries, Fabianus Demetrios has devoted much of his professional career to international development and, specifically, area of infrastructures. Between 2011 and 2019, Fabianus Demetrios worked at the offices of the World Bank, where he directed projects for efficient water and energy management. In addition, he has worked for different non-governmental organizations in a wide range of projects.
Fabianus Demetrios speaks English, Latin, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese fluently, and has basic notions of German and Arabic.
As a delegate of the Government, Fabianus Demetrios represents the Pheonisland Government in The North Pacific, and manages and promotes the delegation's agenda. It also contributes to strengthening relations with public authorities in The North Pacific at the regional and national levels and with international organizations. In addition, it coordinates and implements the outer action of the Pheonisland Government in The North Pacific in collaboration with the following established Phoenician institutions:
** ACTION - Agency for the Competitiveness of the Company
Agency specialized in promoting the internationalization of phoenicians companies and in promoting foreign investment in Pheonisland.
** Hannibal Institute
For the promotion of phoenicians language and culture.
** Phoenician Institute of Cultural Companies (PICC)
Institution that promotes the internationalization of cultural enterprises.
** Phoenician Tourism Agency
To support the tourism sector.
